The TREAFLOW walking pad sits between a flat desk pad and a full treadmill. It adds a 0 to 8% manual incline and a foldable handlebar to an otherwise compact pad, and it arrives fully assembled. It is a fit for home office workers and casual walkers who want a little gradient and something to hold during brisker sessions, without the bulk of a console frame.

Our take

Two modes and a modest incline

TREAFLOW splits speed into two modes. Walking mode runs from 0.6 to 4.0 mph, about 1 to 6.4 km/h, and running mode covers 4.0 to 6.0 mph, about 6.4 to 9.7 km/h. The handlebar gives a handhold at the faster setting and folds down when you want a lower profile.

The incline adjusts manually between 0 and 8%. It is a mild slope, enough to make a walk harder without turning it into a climb.

Motor, belt and capacity

Power comes from a 2.5 HP motor that the listing describes as quiet, although no decibel figure is quoted. The belt is 5-layer and non-slip, with 6 shock-absorbing pads beneath. Belt size is missing, so check the walking area if you have a long stride.

Users are capped at 265 lb, about 120 kg. That is lower than many pads in this group, several of which are rated to 160 kg or more.

Setup and storage

The pad comes fully assembled and weighs 19.1 kg. Mobility wheels make it easy to roll away. The listed folded size is 44 x 21.5 x 37.5 inches, roughly 112 x 55 x 95 cm, which appears to describe the frame with the handlebar raised; the listing is not clear on its height with the bar down. A remote control and LED display are included.

Placed against the KALWOL 4-in-1 and Urevo SpaceWalk Lite

The KALWOL 4-in-1 adds a 10% incline, a 160 kg limit, a quoted 40 dB or less and app support, though it has no handle. The Urevo SpaceWalk Lite is simpler still: flat, walking only up to 6 km/h, with a stated 100 x 40 cm walking area. The TREAFLOW sits between them with its handlebar and faster running mode.

Verdict

The TREAFLOW suits lighter users who want a ready-built pad with a handlebar, a bit of incline and the option of a brisk jog. Those over 120 kg or who want a quoted noise figure should consider the KALWOL 4-in-1, and anyone who only walks at a desk may be happy with the flat Urevo SpaceWalk Lite.
